Our primary portfolio platform is Middleton Meyers, which owns and operates 984 multi-family rental units in Charlotte, NC. At TCM, we are excited to be expanding into different real estate asset classes such as Industrial Outdoor Storage, Single-Family rentals, and distressed asset third-party management opportunities.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Pressure Washer Technician to join our team. This role involves cleaning and restoring various surfaces using high-pressure water equipment. The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering top-notch results, can work independently, and has a strong commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate pressure washing equipment to clean driveways, sidewalks, building exteriors, decks, fences, roofs, and more

Remove dirt, grime, mold, mildew, grease, and other substances from various surfaces

Set up and break down pressure washing equipment at job sites

Prepare and protect surrounding areas with tarps or coverings

Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any mechanical issues

Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE

Communicate with clients or supervisors to ensure job expectations are met

Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site

Accurately track time and materials used on each job

Requirements:

Prior experience in pressure washing, general cleaning, or exterior maintenance preferred

Ability to operate high-pressure washing equipment safely and effectively

Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and stand for long periods

Valid drivers license and clean driving record

Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail

Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional weekends
