$ 60,000 to $ 80,000Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives

Lead and manage a team of employees to ensure productivity and efficiency

Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial reporting

Maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders

Evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance overall performanceQualifications:

Proven experience in operations or general management, preferably in waste management, construction services, logistics, or a related field

Strong leadership skills with experience managing field teams, drivers, and administrative staff

Working knowledge of DOT regulations, OSHA standards, and environmental compliance requirements

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

Customer-focused mindset, with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to improving systems and service delivery

Proficient in business software such as Microsoft Office, routing/scheduling software, and fleet tracking systems

Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred or willingness to obtain

High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field preferred

Experience with septic systems and/or portable sanitation equipment is a strong plus

Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment, including outdoor conditions when necessaryAbout Company
