DESCRIPTION

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:

Properly dispose of trash and any unused material

Removing any items left behind in unit by previous resident

Utilize proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary

Digging out basements (jackhammering, shoveling, operating a chainsaw)

Installing egress windows

Waterproofing basements

Installing carbon fiber strips

Perform other duties as required

REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Driver’s License and valid car insurance

Personal, reliable transportation

Excellent communication skills; written and verbal

Stand and walk or sit alternatively depending on specific needs of the day. Estimate 66% to 100% of time is spent on feet.

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. regularly, and occasionally up to 100 lbs.

Ability to speak, read, and write English

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
