Punch/Make Ready Technician

We are seeking experienced Punch/Make Ready Technicians to join our team!

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:

Perform minor and routine maintenance repairs.

Prepare vacant units for occupancy, such as general cleaning.

Interior Painting, used routinely in this position.

Maintain organization of the maintenance shop.

Retain accurate records of repairs and punches.

General upkeep and cleanliness of the grounds.

Assist in snow removal as necessary.

Perform other duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

3-5 years prior experience or relevant experience

Advanced paint, advanced drywall, advanced luxury vinyl tile, advanced organizational skills, advanced time management skills, advanced cabinet, intermediate electrical, intermediate appliances, intermediate HVAC, intermediate computer, and intermediate carpentry

Driver’s License and valid car insurance

Personal, reliable transportation

Excellent communication skills; written and verbal

Ability to speak, read, and write English

Service mentality and a thirst for learning

Positive Can-Do Attitude

Excellent Attendance

Salary: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
