Location: Abingdon VA or Jacksonville NC

N-Tier Disaster Recovery Solutions is a full-service mitigation, restoration, reconstruction, and new construction company. We are an authorized and approved vendor with all the major insurance companies who send us their insurance property claims as well as the top three third-party vendors. The Project Manager oversees the project within the timeline and budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Manage project from initiation to completion

• Perform onsite evaluation and create project plan, scope, schedule, and budget

• Maintain the availability of resources while staying within budget

• Lead the team and coordinate with clients, vendors, and other involved parties

• Supervise ongoing activities onsite to make sure they’re carried out according to plan

• Track project progress and create detailed documentation and reports

• Follow safety guidelines and protocols that align with industry standards

• Resolve any issues that may occur

Requirements:

• Experience in managing residential and commercial construction projects

• Fire or water damage restoration, mold remediation, or a similar experience is an advantage

• Able to read and interpret blueprints

• Strong organizational and leadership skills

• Detail-oriented and safety-conscious

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification(IICRC) is a plus

• Valid Driver's License, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle

• Able to pass a background check and drug screen
