Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries to appropriate departments or individuals
Prepare outgoing mail, including addressing, packaging, and affixing postage or shipping labels
Operate mailroom equipment such as postage meters, scanners, printers, and mail sorters
Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Track deliveries and coordinate with shipping carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.)
Respond to internal inquiries about mail and package statuses
Ensure timely delivery of interoffice correspondence and documents
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mailroom area
Handle sensitive or confidential materials with discretion
