Key Responsibilities:
Analyse and identify issues and opportunities from various market data points (brand health, market share, home panel, and market intelligence).
Evaluate marketing ROI to inform future strategies and oversee annual market business reviews to guide investment and resource allocation.
Implement “Where to Play” and “How to Win” brand growth strategies, manage portfolio performance, and define priority investments aligned with strategic objectives in order to drive sustainable market share gains and profitability.
Develop and execute comprehensive annual 360 marketing plans, manage marketing budgets and resources for optimal impact, oversee merchandising and brand design, monitor and enhance brand health metrics, and maintain strong relationships with local agencies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of marketing initiatives.
Working closely with design / innovation team to define the local product mixes range, to meet market specific needs while ensuring all products comply with local legal and regulatory requirements.
Deliver market-relevant packaging by selecting appropriate SKUs fit with local consumer and selling channels and ensuring all packaging complies with local legal and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with innovation team to develop compelling product concept, and marketing toolkits and for new product introductions, ensuring that concepts align with local consumer insights and support strategic brand objectives.
Fully responsible to ensure successful in market new product introductions by working closely with related functions (Sales, Supply Chain) as well as external partners (Media Agency).
Conduct market and competitive analyses to guide pricing decisions, develop market-specific pricing strategies aligned with brand positioning and profitability objectives, and create annual pricing plans that adapt to market dynamics while delivering value to consumers.
Develop and manage the market’s 3-year financial roadmap, contribute to annual target setting by aligning brand strategies with financial goals, oversee budget planning and MNC allocations, handle forecasting activities, and lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes to ensure balanced supply, demand, and financial performance.
Providing input to Customer Marketing in designing selling toolkit and defining channel selling strategy.
Qualifications:
Minimum 15 years of experience in marketing, with significant experience in category or product management.
Strong business acumen, ability to spot potential growth driver for the business.
Proven track record of developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies and campaigns.
Demonstrated leadership and team management experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into strategic initiatives.
Creative and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
