Business Development Specialist

Job duties: Spearhead client expansion and relationship enhancement in recruiting and headhunting, targeting sectors like Manufacturing, Aviation, IT, and Engineering; analyze market trends and client requirements to develop and implement strategic sales initiatives that align with organizational goals; lead business development efforts, negotiating contracts, and presenting customized recruitment solutions to improve client operations and workforce capabilities; collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure precise fulfillment of client demands, effectively communicate staffing solutions, and ensure high service levels; and develop innovative tactics and strategies for client engagement and retention, contributing to consistent growth in the client base and satisfaction.

Requirement: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration or Human Resource Management
