Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs professionally and courteously

Provide clear and accurate service recommendations and cost estimates

Ensure time management and a high quality of work

Act as a liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring efficient communication

Maintain detailed records of service history and customer interactions

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through follow-ups and problem resolution

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Previous Experience in a Service Advisor role preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Must be able to perform at a 6-firgure income level

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Must love people

Adaptability

Comfortable using service management software

Works well in a collaborative, results-driven setting
