HR Generalist – Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Full-Time Leadership Opportunity Our HCBS program supports individuals who choose to receive care in their homes or community settings—promoting independence, dignity, and a higher quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all HR functions related to HCBS
Provide leadership and guidance to field recruiters
Ensure caregiver onboarding is complete and compliant with regulations
Maintain caregiver compliance with annual CHAC standards
Coordinate regular in-service training on HCBS-related topics
Ensure caregivers have access to benefit information and a channel to voice concerns
Recommend improvements to enhance departmental efficiency and service delivery
Stay up to date with federal, state, and local employment laws to ensure full compliance
Support conflict resolution and promote a respectful, inclusive work environment
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in healthcare or senior living
SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to manage priorities effectively and handle sensitive information with discretion
This position will be located in Basking Ridge, NJ with required travel to Freehold, NJ, Whiting, NJ and other locations as needed.
