1st and 2nd Shift Assemblers

Northern Staffing Services, in partnership with Harbor Retail, is looking to hire Assemblers for their Charlevoix location. This position includes assembly on 1st and 2nd shifts 6:30am - 5pm and 5pm - 3am. Monday-Thursday. $17.00/Hour +$3.00 shift premium for 2nd shift, NO WEEKENDS.

Basic knowledge of standard operating procedures and processes in assembly

Basic knowledge of hand tools, drills, air staplers

Perform visual and dimensional quality checks

Pack parts according to instructions

Clearly communicate with lead and supervisor

Remain safety conscious on the job

Thorough clean up at end of shift

Assist with general housekeeping tasks within work area to ensure it is neat, orderly and free from safety hazards

Assist with 5S projects as needed

Complete and submit two Lean Improvements per month

Other duties may be assigned at any time
