SAP - Senior Business Analyst Production Planning (PTM) - Paris/Zurich

La Belle Équipe Recrutement, a firm specializing in talent acquisition, is looking for its client, a global leader developing and manufacturing high value added aluminium products and solutions, a SAP - Senior Business Analyst Production Planning (PTM).

Mission Overview

- As part of a major S/4HANA transformation program, we are seeking a SAP PP Lead to take ownership of the Production Planning (PP) domain and lead the full project lifecycle — from design and planning to execution and continuous improvement.

- This role requires both hands-on SAP PP configuration skills and a strong business-facing mindset, with regular collaboration with internal business partners, key users, and external integrators. You will ensure the alignment of SAP solutions with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

S/4HANA Implementation

- Act as SAP PP domain expert during the S/4HANA transformation.

- Lead end-to-end implementation for the production domain, including planning, design, delivery, and post go-live support.

Coordinate workshops with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and translate requirements into SAP PP solutions.

Challenge business demands to ensure alignment with SAP standards and compliance rules.

Business Partnering & Requirement Management

- Work closely with Production and Operations teams to structure and translate needs into SAP specifications.

- Lead discussions with internal users and external integrators.

- Document, evaluate, and align SAP change requests with key users.

Change & Integration Management

- Validate design solutions and assess implementation efforts.

- Oversee change request prioritization and delivery roadmap.

- Ensure cross-site impact analysis and integration across domains.

- Manage complete and accurate solution documentation.

Issue Management & Continuous Improvement

- Identify recurring issues and lead root cause analysis (RCA).

- Define and follow up on corrective actions.

- Specify and supervise regression testing plans.

- Contribute to ongoing improvement of SAP processes and system reliability.

Travel Requirements

Occasional travel required (approx. 20%) across Europe and the US.

Profile & Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field required

- Master’s degree is a plus

Experience

- 10+ years in international IT environments with SAP PP

- 1+ full-cycle S/4HANA implementation as SAP PP Lead

- Strong hands-on skills in SAP PP and SAP QM

- Knowledge of SAP PM and SAP WM is a strong plus

- Experience with Delmia Apriso or other MES solutions is an asset

- Consulting background is mandatory

- Fluent in English and French

- German is a significant plus
