At Hoskinson Health & Wellness Clinic (HH&WC) in Gillette, Wyoming, we’re redefining care through advanced medical technology, regenerative and hyperbaric therapies, and a collaborative, physician-led approach. We’re currently seeking Internal Medicine and Family Medicine Physicians who are passionate about innovation and compassionate care.
Position Highlights
Internal Medicine Physician
$310,000 base salary
$130,000 sign-on bonus
Participate in longevity research, regenerative treatments, and concierge care
$1,500/month residency stipend available
Family Medicine Physician
$300,000
$130,000 sign-on bonus
Participate in longevity research, regenerative treatments, and concierge care

Compensation & Benefits
Up to $130,000 Sign-On Bonus

Malpractice Coverage: $1M/$3M Employer-paid
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (no weekends!)

MD or DO from an accredited program
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Eligible for Wyoming medical licensure
