Job Description

We’re currently seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our dynamic team in Carcaixent, supporting operations within our Flavors and BFF logistics division.

Your Responsibilities:

Oversee daily logistics operations and team performance in SAP S4/EWM

Provide technical support to logistics functions

Supervise outbound logistics and ensure accurate system execution

Monitor and resolve process queues between S4 and EWM

Ensure inventory accuracy and manage slow/zero movers

Track KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Apply Lean principles and lead 5S activities across storage areas

Ensure safety compliance and support cost reduction efforts

Identify resource gaps (e.g., racking, warehouse space)

Evaluate and develop team capabilities

What You Bring:

Key Skills & Attributes:

Proven expertise in SAP S4/EWM

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication across all levels

High adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic environments

Strong work ethic and organizational capacity

Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)

Preferred Knowledge & Tools:

Logistics and inventory management

SAP S4/EWM

Coupa procurement systems

Team coordination and performance evaluation

Personal Qualities:

Effective decision-making capabilities

Desire to learn and growExperience Required:

Demonstrated experience in a similar leadership role within the food industry

Background in managing logistics teams and operational processes
