Are you passionate about early childhood education and looking for flexible casual work in a supportive and vibrant centre?

Busy Bees at New Lambton is a 94-place service known for its dedicated educators and nurturing environment. We’re currently seeking Casual Educators to join our Hive and support our growing team across all age groups.

About the Role: As a Casual Educator, you will:

Provide engaging care and supervision to children aged 0–5

Support the implementation of play-based learning aligned with the EYLF

Step in on short notice to cover leave and support staff across different rooms

Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment

Essential Requirements:

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA recognised)

Working With Children Check (Employee)

First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training

Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting Certificate

Availability between 6:30 AM and 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Full Australian working rights

What We Offer:

Competitive casual hourly rate: $33.53 – $41.30/hr
