Fluency in Japanese language English Communication abilities College graduate of any course Working/worked in a BPO company is advantage Experience working in an online learning setting or in the ESL business industry Job Responsibilities: Oversee the improvement of the overall lesson in Japanese quality delivered by home-based tutors.

Develop and implement preventive measures to identify and address potential lesson issues, minimizing customer complaints.

Prepare and present regular reports on quality assurance activities and Japanese performance.

Perform interviews via online and training for potential home-based tutor applicants to equip them with the needed knowledge to provide quality teaching.

Research and gather data.
