Job Description
JOB SUMMARY - **1st Shift, 7AM - 5:30PM, 2ND SHIFT (Shift Differential), 6PM - 4:30AM, MON-THUR.**
As a member of the production team, the Assembler position is an electro-mechanical assembly/solder position with in-process inspection responsibilities. The position requires assembly, including solder and inspection in accordance with production manufacturing procedures and policies.
JOB FUNCTIONS
In addition to Assembler Job functions, responsibilities include:
AOI
Soldering
Special Assembly
BGA x-ray
Wires - crimping/pull testing/connector
Continuity testing
Harness Assembly - no solder required
Conformal Coat Rework/Touchup
In-process inspection
QUALIFICATIONS
Assembler requires a High School diploma and a minimum of three (3) years' experience in electrical/electronic assembly environment, including solder.

J-STD-001 CIS (Modules 1-5)
IPC-A-610 CIS (all Modules)
IPC/WHMA-A-620 (modules 1, 2, 4 & 8)
Electrostatic discharge
Identifying counterfeit components

10-hour shift, Mon-Thurs, some overtime on Friday's

Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
Assembly Experience: 3 years (Preferred)
Mechanical Knowledge: 3 years (Preferred)
