Who We’re Looking For

As the face of our sales efforts, the Sales Executive will captivate prospects with compelling presentations and lead high-impact sales discussions—all the way to a winning close. This role demands a charismatic communicator who can effortlessly blend professionalism with a magnetic personality to turn opportunities into lasting partnerships!

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business across all service categories.

• Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often including demos and presentations.

• Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations.

• Represent the company’s solutions and services with a deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet customers' needs.

• Consistently achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships by organizing a daily work schedule to engage with existing and potential customers.

• Provide exceptional service to existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our services to persuade, negotiate, and handle objections during sales effectively.

• Take complete ownership of the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring accountability at every stage.

• Should collaborate with internal teams like marketing or product teams to strengthen alignment on lead qualification and client engagement strategies.

Requirements

• Three or more years of proven sales experience within the IT solutions industry. Prior experience in Microsoft Technology and Solutions is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency with sales management software and CRM tools.

• Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism and self-motivation to exceed targets.

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States or Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

• Proven track record of successfully closing sales deals using a consultative selling approach.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.

Salary: $90,000 Base and Variable equivalent to $10,000 to $30,000 (performance based)

The salary range is a general guideline. Our compensation structure is designed to be competitive with industry standards and reflective of the candidate's qualifications and the role's responsibilities. We consider market rates, geographic location, and individual skills when determining compensation.
