As a Full Time General Manager at ER Autocare, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our auto repair shop. From dispatching work efficiently to completing detailed performance reports, you will have the opportunity to showcase your strong organizational and analytical skills. Conducting interviews to build a cohesive team and handling tough conversations with employees with empathy and professionalism will be part of your daily routine. Engaging and leading team meetings to foster collaboration and drive results will also be key responsibilities in this role.

To excel as a Full Time General Manager at ER Autocare, proficiency in various software tools and systems is essential. Candidates must demonstrate strong skills in management software to efficiently delegate tasks, monitor progress, and streamline operations.
