Job/Practice Description:Family Medicine
100% outpatient
Built in referrals from ER and Hospitalists
Onsite behavioral health services.
Monday-Friday Schedule, but can be modified for flexibility
20-25 patients per day
1:7 office call (phone calls only).
Sees all ages but primarily adults
Teaching opportunity, if desired, with DO medical students and FM residency students
Professional Background: Family Medicine
MD or DO degree required
BC/BE Family Medicine
Licensed in Indiana or in process
J1 & H1B Visa (Cap exempt) can be provided
