Front Desk Receptionist – Amazing Skin Aesthetics (Huntington Beach, CA)

Amazing Skin Aesthetics is a growing medspa in beautiful Huntington Beach, CA, where skincare meets self-care. We specialize in advanced aesthetic treatments with a warm, personalized touch. Our clients trust us not only for results—but for the experience. That’s where you come in!

Position: Front Desk Receptionist

Location: Huntington Beach, CA

Schedule: Per Diem or Part Time Must be available Saturdays

What You’ll Be Doing:

Greeting clients with a warm, welcoming energy that reflects our brand

Answering phone calls, texts, and emails with professionalism and a positive attitude

Scheduling and confirming appointments using our medspa booking software

Managing client check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and care

Assisting with retail sales and educating clients about our products and services

Keeping the front area clean, stocked, and organized

Supporting team members to keep the day running smoothly

Bonus! Helping with social media content (stories, behind-the-scenes, and more!)

What We’re Looking For:

Front desk experience is required (preferably in a spa, salon, or healthcare setting)

Availability to work Saturdays is a must

A bright, upbeat personality with exceptional communication skills

Tech-savvy and comfortable learning scheduling systems and POS software

Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability

Passion for skincare and aesthetics is a big plus!

Social media experience (Instagram/TikTok) is a bonus—we’d love your creative eye!
