Desktop Engineer

Job Type: Full-Time (Direct Hire)

Work Location: Pasay

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday regular dayshift

Salary: 130,000 max/month

Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other end-user devices.

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/macOS) and standard software.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Ensure systems are updated with the latest security patches and antivirus definitions.

Required Skills:

At least 7 years relevant experience in SCCM & Intune.

Preferably with at least 2 years background in Citrix.

Additional Notes:

This position will be working with French multinational information technology (IT) services and consulting company.
