Network Field Service Technician

Anyone with good technical ability, a mechanical aptitude and willingness to work in a variety of conditions (rain, snow, sun, attics, crawlspaces, etc.) can be extremely successful after completing our paid training program.

The working hours for this position is Wednesday through Sunday, 8am to 4:30pm

Skills, Knowledge and ExpertisePrevious help desk or other IT experience required

Previous customer service experience required

Willingness to perform both service installation and support tasks

Ability to work comfortably on ladders and/or man-lifts

High School Diploma required, some college

Ability to think critically and creatively

Reliable transportation and clean driving record

Ability to pass a background check and drug test

This position is only open to candidates currently residing in Columbus, Ohio.
