Position: Japanese Front/Back End Software Developer (AWS Cloud, Azure Cloud, Java) Company Industry: IT/BPO Company Work Location: Quezon City or Cebu City Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 200,000 above (Open for Negotiation) Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule Work Set-up: Work Onsite or Hybrid-Set-up (this can be changed depending on the business) BENEFITS: - HMO - Sick Leave - Vacation Leave - Career Development Programs - Government Mandated Benefits - Can Provide Airfare Ticket, relocation, and temporary accommodate if located in Japan - The company can provide English Training for Japanese Nationals and Japanese Language Enhancement for Filipinos who are N5 and N4 - The company is willing to negotiate the salary - With Sign-On Bonus - Other benefits will be discussed during the job offer JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Open to Japanese National located in the Philippines or located in Japan (Can speak basic English) - Open to Filipino across all Levels (JLPT N1, N2, N3, N4 and N5) - Can speak Japanese (JLPT is not a requirement) - Must be able to speak basic English - Can speak basic Japanese are welcome to apply - JLPT Certificate are not required but it is a big advantage - Must have a technical language and knowledge of JAVA, Front End (HTML, CSS, Javascript, Jquery, Angular.JS, React.JS, Redux), Back End (Node JS, PHP) - The Main requirement is doing software development on the required language skills (AWS Cloud, Azure Cloud, Java) - Willingness to work in both main sites which are in Manila or Cebu - The applicant can still choose which is closer to their residence - Applicants located in Japan can apply - Salary is Negotiable JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Design and enhance the user-face web applications (front-end) - Develop and maintain the back-end website applications - Ensure that there is a smooth incorporation between the front-end and back-end development - Design and manage the servers and database for functionality - Develop security measure to protect the application from viruses or threats - Test software to check its efficiency and sensitivity - Identify and fix bug and performance issues - Participate from the process of project conceptualization to the creation and monitoring of the finished product.
