The Role

Are you an experienced mechanical engineer with a flair for designing complex systems?

Would you like to take full ownership of challenging projects in a high-tech, fast-moving environment?

We're looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team. You’ll work on the full design and development cycle of our advanced mixing systems, using innovative acoustic energy technology. These systems are used across a wide range of industries and are sold globally.

This is a hands-on role that combines technical leadership with design and development responsibilities. You'll be based in Southwest Montan- a beautiful location offering an excellent lifestyle alongside your career.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead mechanical design projects from start to finish

Develop complete product designs and individual components

Solve engineering problems with practical, effective solutions

Support prototype and pre-commercial product development

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet design goals

Use CAD and FEA tools (SolidWorks, ANSYS) for design and analysis

Ensure designs are suitable for manufacturing and industrial use

Create detailed documentation, reports, and design specifications

The Person

We’re looking for someone who is:

A strong team player with leadership skills

Skilled in mechanical and machine design

Experienced in product development and design for manufacture

Comfortable working independently or as part of a team

Capable of handling technical challenges in a fast-moving setting

Required qualifications:

BSc or MSc in Mechanical Engineering (ABET accredited preferred)

10+ years of experience in mechanical design

Proficient in SolidWorks and FEA tools (preferably ANSYS)

Must be a U.S. citizen
