Rocky Mountain PTA & Hardbanding is currently seeking a Full-Time Shop Hand to join our team in Casper, Wyoming.

The Shop Hand performs duties including grinding down hole drilling tools on a lathe grinder. Eventually, welding various types of materials with Mig and PTA applications

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for manufacturing and repair functions in the welding shop

Fabricate downhole drilling equipment, including stabilizers

Work with management to estimate time frame on welding jobs

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Ensure awareness of and compliance with relevant company/customer QHSE requirements

Perform other duties as required by Supervisor.
