Role Responsibilities:

Implement and configure Oracle EHR software solutions according to client specifications.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to gather requirements for system enhancements.

Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of Oracle EHR.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues encountered by users.

Develop and maintain technical documentation for implementation processes and updates.

Oversee data migrations from existing systems to Oracle EHR.

Support system integration efforts with other healthcare applications.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and healthcare policies.

Participate in project planning and scheduling, coordinating with stakeholders.

Gather user feedback to identify areas for system improvement.

Assist in the development of testing protocols to validate system functionality.

Provide ongoing user support and answer queries related to Oracle EHR functionality.

Stay updated on Oracle EHR features and version updates to leverage new capabilities.

Work closely with IT teams to address data privacy concerns and security measures.

Facilitate workshops and discussions to promote best practices in utilizing EHR systems.

Maintain an ongoing relationship with clients to understand their evolving needs.

Qualifications:

Proven experience working with Oracle EHR or similar healthcare software.

Strong background in healthcare IT systems and data integration.

Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems.

Experience in project management and coordinating multiple tasks.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Technical documentation experience is highly desirable.

Experience in delivering training and support for EHR systems.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Health Informatics, or a related field.

Understanding of user experience principles in software applications.

Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
