Requirements:

1️ Bachelor’s/Master’s in HRM, Psychology, or Business Admin

2️ 3-5 years HR experience, 2 years in leadership

3️ Expertise in HR pillars & Philippine labor laws

4️ Budgeting & leadership skills

5️ Integrity & professionalism
