Position: Quality Inspector

Location: Sterling Heights, MI (18 Mile Road)

Pay Rate: $15.50/hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Overtime and weekends may be required based on production needs.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dependable and physically capable Quality Inspector to join our team in Sterling Heights, MI. This role involves visual inspection of automotive bumpers and requires a high level of attention to detail and physical stamina.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough visual inspections of automotive bumpers for defects or quality issues.

Handle and move large, heavy parts safely and efficiently.

Maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency in inspections.

Follow all safety and quality standards during the inspection process.

Communicate any quality concerns to the appropriate team members or supervisors.

Requirements

Physical Requirements:

Heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) on a regular basis.

Frequent movement including bending, twisting, kneeling, and standing for long periods.

Must be able to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Prior quality inspection experience is preferred but not required.

Must be physically able to meet the demands of the job.

Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
