We are looking for a team player in the position of Relationship Banker to join our growing team!
This position is in charge of assists in the business development of the branch and provides basic cash receipts and payment services in accordance with Bank’s policies and procedures.
Primary Duties:
85% Sales and 15% administrative duties.
Maintains and develops a book of business.
Assists Branch Manager in Business Development activities including but not limited to networking events on and off bank premises.
Generates new business via existing clients, referrals or outside visits.
Promotes the Bank’s products and services to clients and prospects.
Assist to all job-related functions and meetings.
Encouraged to join job-related groups, such as Chambers etc..
Participates in Bank Events
Represents the bank in the community through good customer relations and business organizations.
Participates in one or more volunteer events per year
Review dashboard daily for sales
Reviews BSA Dashboard daily for RFI’s, Site visits, High KYC and other tasks, complete tasks on a timely manner
Open banking Center as needed.
Close Banking Center as needed.
Assist with the opening of vault and night drop as needed

Qualifications for the Relationship Banker:
Associate’s Degree
Min 2 years of experience in community bank
Successful completion of in-house training program (if available) or other approved training programs
Ability to very effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization in both English and Spanish.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence and memos.
