Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining operations.

Interpret technical drawings and specifications to create accurate machining instructions.

Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.

Collaborate with engineers and production staff to improve processes and resolve issues.

Train and mentor junior programmers and operators on CNC programming techniques.

Maintain documentation of programs, setups, and revisions for future reference.Qualifications

Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role.

Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and tools.

Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and G-code programming.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification is a plus.

Must have experience programming within Siemens NX platform

Working knowledge of Hypermill software a plus

CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) (Fanuc, Okuma, Makino, Dmg Mori Seiki)

CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) (Okuma)

CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC) (Okuma, Dmg Mori Seiki, Mikron)
