Materials Planner

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Materials Planner to manage the flow of raw materials and finished goods across our supply chain. You'll work cross-functionally with our production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure materials are available on time—without overstocking or overpaying.

What You’ll Do:

Plan and manage material needs based on sales orders and forecasts

Monitor inventory levels and optimize turnover rates

Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials

Communicate product availability to customer service and sales teams

Analyze data and report on material usage and supply risks

Collaborate with suppliers to resolve delays or quality issues

Support production scheduling and quality standards

What You Bring:

2+ years of experience in materials planning, inventory, or supply chain

Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)

Strong communication and time management skills

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred

Experience working in fast-paced production or manufacturing environments
