Shop Inspector (Quality Control)

Job Description

General Description:

Glenpool structural steel fabricator of simple to complex steel-framed buildings is looking to expand its shop inspection capabilities. This is a hands-on position with minimal paperwork.

Duties:

Perform a dimensional inspection of assemblies after fit-up

Complete final inspection of completed welds

Log in daily of assemblies inspected, and completed

Experience Requirements:

Prior fit-up and weld inspection experience

Highly skilled fitter/welders looking to advance their career are encouraged to apply

Experienced in tape measures and weld inspection gages.

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

Physical Demands:

Must be able to be on their feet for an extended length of time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
