Our client is in search of an experienced recruiter for a 6+ month contract to hire position with the possibility of converting to full time. This position is a hybrid role and is based out of Jessup, MD or Red Lion, PA. Preferably our client would like this person to have manufacturing recruiting experience.
Job Description:
Handle resumes from various sources, including our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other channels
Promote job openings through various media channels and campus outreach to attract the right talent.
Screen resumes to identify qualified candidates
Conduct phone/video screening of the candidates to identify the right fit. Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Collaborate with HR business partners to finalize and roll out job offers
Manage candidate information and contact details using our ATS
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
Support end-to-end recruitment processes
Nurture long-term relationships with previous applicants and potential candidates
Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s or Associate degree
Proven work experience of a minimum of 5 years in recruitment or a similar roleHands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
Pay Range: $35-$40/HR
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
