Engineering Manager – Macon, GA

An established manufacturer in the consumer packaging industry is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager for their fast-paced facility in Macon, GA.

This hands-on leadership role oversees the maintenance and asset care functions, managing a Process Engineer and Maintenance Manager, and plays a key part in driving operational performance across the site. The facility includes both wet-end and dry-end processes, with equipment such as molders, presses, printers, and labelers.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Engineering (non-Industrial preferred)

7–10+ years in manufacturing (CPG, food, beverage, or similar high-speed industries)

5+ years of leadership experience

Strong background in CI, capital projects, and team development

Familiar with CMMS and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
