Overview:
The Quality Manager will lead Quality Systems and team, driving continuous improvement and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for a proactive leader passionate about quality and change management.
Key Responsibilities:
The Quality Manager will lead quality initiatives for the Tank Division in alignment with IATF16949 standards.
Develop, implement, and train teams on quality systems to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective, efficient quality processes.
The Quality Manager will monitor and improve quality metrics; identify non-conformances and lead corrective actions.
Manage and mentor a team of Engineers and Technicians.
Analyze data, drive root cause analysis, and lead continuous improvement efforts.
The Quality Manager will oversee internal/external audits and maintain compliance with IATF16949 and ISO14001 standards.
Engage in KPI reviews, customer communications, and the APQP process.
Initiate and manage corrective actions for internal teams and suppliers.
Qualifications:
The Quality Manager must hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
Must have 5–7 years of quality management experience in contract manufacturing from an Engineering background.
Must have a background in metal fabrication, welding, assembly, and paint processes.
The Quality Manager must be proficient in Lean Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA
Green or Black Belt preferred.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Professional certifications (CQA, CQE) a plus.
Must be a CITIZEN/ GC HOLDER
