Embedded Field Application Engineer

*THIS ROLE PAYS UP TO $140,000 ANNUALLY BASE SALARY*

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree

- Semiconductor industry experience

- More than 2 years of application engineering or embedded (hardware/software) development experience, preferably in the Consumer markets.

- MCU experience

- Must have a comprehensive understanding of ARM Cortex-Mmicrocontroller products and embedded systems.

- Experience with different types of embedded systems that use Sensors, Wireless, Secure Elements, USB, Memory technologies.

- Should be able to work with Multimeter, Oscilloscope, Function Generator, Protocol Analyzers, etc. for testing & debugging.

Insight Global is looking for a FAE to join a leading semiconductor client in California. As a Field Applications Engineer, you will be the primary technical interface to customers for understanding their design requirements and propose Infineon solutions for embedded applications. Recommendations will include, but not be limited to, microcontrollers, sensors, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, secure elements, memories and USB.
