Due to an internal promotion, they seek a skilled Senior Superintendent to assist large-scale Mission Critical projects and drive successful outcomes.

The Position:

The successful profile will assume responsibility for:

Assisting in developing work scopes/ front-end documents for bidding

Enforcing corporate safety policies on the job site, pre-task safety planning and total responsibility for on-site safety compliance

Managing the on-site labor force, supervising and coordinating contract work, reducing interference

Assisting in budget management & forecasting by controlling costs & monitoring potential change from contractors

Site logistic plans, maximizing productivity

The Candidate:

The appointed Senior Superintendent will be expected to demonstrate:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related

8+ years’ documented experience in mission critical – data center from inception to completion

Excellent organisational skills and demonstrable attention to detail

A strong understanding of applicable contracts & legal provisions

Multi-tasking and competing priority handing between project delivery & non-critical review of incomplete assignments whilst maintaining an excellent relationship with customer

Strong sense of urgency and the ability to resolve complex issues

Ability to be onsite at least five days a week
