Our client is a growing financial services debt provider with a national platform. They are currently seeking a Loan Operations Specialist to join their team in Montgomery County.
Maintain Borrower Relationships:
Serve as main point-of-contact for borrowers for Operations-related questions. Assist borrowers with questions related to the credit agreement, invoicing and payment mechanics and ad hoc reconciliations and investigations.
Manage the invoicing process:
Review invoices to confirm accuracy of information, send invoices to borrowers.
Maintain Investor & Trustee Relationships:
Serve as main point-of contact for syndicate lenders. Provide information requested to assist with reconciliations. Manage the invoicing process: review invoices to confirm accuracy of information, send invoices to lenders. Process internal and external assignments, including booking new customers and facilities in Pipeline.
Monitor and Process Loan Servicing Activities:
Process incoming collections (interest, principal payments and fees), investigate and resolve any out of balances. Process borrowing requests from borrowers: review borrowing requests to confirm all required information is provided, set up new loan in ACBS, send notices to syndicate lenders, monitor collections report the day of funding to confirm all investor wires were received.
Process Amendments to credit agreements:
Confirm all necessary documents are provided by portfolio management group (PMG), compare amendment documents to summary of changes provided by PMG, implement changes in ACBS. Review and approve daily servicing transactions operations team member processed in Loan Servicing System ACBS (Advanced Commercial Banking System).
REQUIREMENTS Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field. 1-2 years of experience working in the Financial Services industry; Operations experience preferred
