About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies
Design and execute recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets, working closely with key stakeholders. Identify and monitor KPIs to measure the success of recruitment activities and continuously optimize processes.
Team Leadership and Mentorship
Lead, train, and mentor a team of recruitment staff. Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the team.
Data-Driven Decision Making & Presentations
Track and analyze candidate data to identify insights, improve recruitment strategies, and inform management with regular reports. Utilize Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools to manage and present detailed weekly and monthly reports.
Compliance and Continuous Improvement
Ensure strict adherence to compliance protocols in ATS systems and other recruitment platforms for candidate data management. Regularly assess recruitment processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with supervisors, superintendents, and hiring managers to assess staffing needs, gather feedback, and refine recruitment strategies accordingly.
Candidate Experience Management
Oversee the candidate journey from sourcing and screening to onboarding and retention, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in program management, recruitment, or event management.
Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data management.
Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently by air and car.
Leadership: Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
Organizational Abilities: Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Proactive Problem Solver: Self-driven with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and improving processes.
