Project Manager Location: St.

Lucia Salary: 40,000:45,000 USD My client is an amazing brand that is true to its family style, close knit team environment.

They are looking for a Project Manager to primarily oversee projects across the resort.

You will be reporting into the Director of Facilities and Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities: * Oversee and manage all new projects across the resort * Develop relationships of existing suppliers and seek out new suppliers/contractors/vendors etc * Working with designers * Reviewing of sites and contingency plans * Ensure all legislative requirements fulfilled (H and S, building approval etc) Key Requirements: * 3+ years of experience in a similar role, luxury hospitality experience is essential * Preference in luxury project management * Strong insight into construction/tech/building codes etc * Background in facilities and maintenance * Strong admin and operations skills If you are interested in above, please send your resume to today About COREcruitment: COREcruitment are experts in recruiting for Hospitality, Catering, Leisure, Retail, FM, Property and Construction sectors.
