About the Role:

We’re seeking a Senior Manager to organize and lead efforts to sustain, maintain and enhance recruiting platforms, with a focus on Workday Recruiting and other internal recruitment tools. This role functions as a business-facing program lead, owning key internal partnerships with tech and product teams, responsible for owning the end-to-end program delivery of system changes tied to legal, compliance, and talent acquisition process improvements.

The ideal candidate brings a blend of program delivery and business analyst skills, with the ability to work across technical teams, operational leaders, and talent acquisition stakeholders, globally. This individual must be able to prioritize competing needs, influence and gain alignment across stakeholders, and track delivery against technical team capacity and KPIs.

A strong understanding of recruiting workflows—including intern, hourly, and salaried is a must and will be instrumental in delivering on key objectives ensuring compliance and identifying opportunities to enhance processes across our operations.

We're seeking a strong collaborator with a proven ability to influence and plan strategically with product and tech partners, tolerate ambiguity, adapt to shifting priorities, and actively listen.

What You’ll Do...

Own the full lifecycle of Workday Recruiting to sustain, maintain, and enhance the platform, from intake through implementation

Manage prioritization of requests based on business impact, engineering capacity, and urgency

Communicate regularly with requestors, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the full lifecycle

Gather and document business needs, design and align with stakeholder on solutions and partner with Engineering to drive documentation of technical requirements

Engage and partner with TA segment leaders to review enhancements and gather feedback to inform requirements, testing, enablement considerations

Collaborate with Technical Program Managers, Engineering and Product teams to review technical changes and ensure business context is accurately reflected

Review and validate testing, ensuring coverage of relevant business use cases; coordinate testing participants and collect feedback

Leverage recruiting domain expertise to provide oversight of user acceptance testing (UAT) and compile final business approval before launch

Own or support Change, Training, and Communication (CTC) efforts related to Workday enhancements

Manage cutover planning and coordinate timing with operational and business readiness needs

Identify and escalate work that falls outside this role’s scope to appropriate support teams, applying sound triage judgment

What You’ll Bring...

Experience in HR technology and program delivery preferably in a large or matrixed organization

Strong understanding of Workday Recruiting and how changes impact operational workflows

Proven experience gathering requirements and bridging business and technical teams

Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Wrike or other ticketing/project management tools

Ability to work across multiple recruiting models, including hourly, salaried, early talent, and executive hiring

High comfort level managing competing priorities and influencing alignment among stakeholders and support partners

Strong communication skills—confident with executive-level updates and technical translation

Experience supporting change management, training, and rollout strategies

Preferred Qualifications:

Workday Recruiting or Talent module experience or certification

Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across HR, TA, compliance, and technology

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area OR 6 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area.

2 years’ supervisory experience.

3 years’ project management experience.
