Role : Infrastructure Project Manager - Only on W2

Location : Columbus, OH (hybrid position)

Duration : 12 months

Experience : 10+ yrs

Required Experience:

At least 5+ yrs of professional experience as an IT Project Manager or comparable role on medium / large-scale software development projects

Experience in a Telecom environment using voice solutions like Cisco or Genesys, call center management and infrastructure required

2+ yrs of experience managing multiple, complex technology projects at one time

Experience with both waterfall and agile project management methodologies

Expertise with organizational change management methodologies

Strong communication skills Minimum Education:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited Institution or equivalent Industry experience

Project Management and / or Lean Six Sigma and / or Organizational Change Management certification preferred Responsibilities:

The following duties are essential to the successful and satisfactory performance of this job. Other duties may be assigned.

Lead and manage multiple project teams. Develop and execute resource plans, staff the project team, track the progress of tasks, and manage the budget, scope and schedule

Responsible for estimating, measuring, forecasting, status reporting, managing risks, supporting transition, and project closure. Will participate in the vendor selection process, where applicable

Collaborate with project stakeholders to manage scope, requirements and organizational change management required to adopt processes and technology delivered by the project

Track, measure and communicate the timeline progress, critical milestones and overall deliverables to project stakeholders. Adapt project plans based on risks mitigation plans and issues that arise during execution. Manage dependencies of other projects, as applicable.

Participate in team meetings to ensure awareness of project successes, learnings, and issues

Manage 3rd party vendor partnerships, as applicable, to ensure contract compliance and quality of deliverables

Prepare and present project status updates to leadership / executives, driving for decisions and direction as needed.

Provide guidance and coaching to the project team and other Project Managers. Work with project leaders, architects, and other key resources to provide solutions and resolve issues, escalating as appropriate. Ensure deliverables and acceptance criteria are in line with the long-term vision of the organization and meet the objectives of the projects.
