Job Title: Machine Operator I
Location: Brooksville, FL (34604)
Job Type: Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
Shift & Pay Details:
1st Shift: $15.00 per hour 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
2nd Shift: $15.35 per hour 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM (Overnight)
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday (12-hour shifts)
Every other Friday: Mandatory overtime (until the company transitions to a three-shift schedule)
Non-mandatory weeks: Enjoy Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off
Overtime Pay:
Time and a half for hours worked over 40 per week
Double time for hours worked over 58 per week

Key Responsibilities:
Follow work instructions to produce high-quality parts consistently
Adhere to manufacturing standards for producing acceptable components
Identify, track, and report cycle time inefficiencies to the Process Technician or Supervisor
Detect, document, and report defective parts according to company standards
Comply with IQMS and ISO quality standards
Follow all safety guidelines and report hazards promptly
Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times
Utilize the company’s colored light communication system to request assistance when needed
Communicate effectively with relief operators to ensure seamless shift transitions
Operate production molds of varying complexity
Reference approved samples and quality documents during production for accuracy
Meet performance expectations regarding efficiency, scrap reduction, and safety compliance
Qualifications & Skills:
Ability to follow detailed work instructions and processes accurately
Strong dexterity, attention to detail, and commitment to quality
Basic understanding of manufacturing best practices
Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Strong work ethic, with a desire to learn and grow professionally
