IHOP is hiring Assistant Restaurant Managers who are ready to step up and support the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. If you're a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, team-first environment — your table is ready.

** Must have kitchen experience.

** Must be Spanish Bi-Lingual.

What You’ll Do:

Support the General Manager with operations, staffing, and training

Deliver a positive dining experience through great service and consistency

Motivate and lead team members with care, clarity, and connection

Help manage labor, scheduling, and inventory

Step in to lead shifts and resolve challenges on the fly
