Inside Sales Rep/Customer Service

Job Description

Position involves sending quotes to customers, processing orders, and working directly with customers. Individual will be responsible for quick turnarounds on quote requests and order follow ups. Regular phone and email communications will be handled through customers, outside salesmen, and vendors.

Ideal candidates should have experience in manufacturing or distribution. Previous customer service/inside sales/purchasing experience is preferred. Must be very comfortable with computer programs,strong phone etiquette, and ability to multi-task.
