Manufacturing Maintenance Technician
Allied Plastics LLC - Twin Lakes, WI
Hours: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Monday - Friday

The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing cnc’s, robots, thermoforming equipment and extrusion equipment. This role is crucial in ensuring minimal downtime and optimal machine performance to support production goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of Maintenance Technician
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. You will work closely with the operations team to implement preventive maintenance schedules and address any equipment issues promptly.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions to determine the root cause and implement effective solutions.
Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
Install, upgrade, and calibrate industrial machinery and equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics to perform accurate maintenance and repairs.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless equipment performance and minimize production disruptions.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
Any additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor or manager.
Maintenance Qualifications
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLC troubleshooting, and VFDs.
Experience working with extrusion, cnc and robots is highly preferred.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair motors, control panels, and relay logic systems.
Proficient in reading electrical schematics and troubleshooting using testing equipment.
Knowledge of OSHA and NFPA 70E electrical safety standards.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
