• Practice Setting: Inpatient/hospital based • What Percent of the Practice is Adult: 90% Pediatric: 10% 16+ • What Percent of the Practice is Trauma: Depends on the day, providers may see GSW and hypothermia; Level II at Mount Carmel East • What Percent of the Practice is Outpatient: This would be outpatient EEG review • What Percent of the Practice is Inpatient: 95% • What Percent of the Practice is Rehab: None Sleep: None • Average Number of Office/Clinic Patients Per Locum Per Day: 0 • Average Number of Hospital-Based Patients Per Locum Per Day: Max 8 per day • Will Other Neurologists be Present During Locum's Assignment?
