Mobile Equipment & Forklift Operators

Job Description

TA Staffing is looking for Mobile Equipment Operators, and Forklift Drivers to participate in our client's day to day operations in Spring Hill, TN.

First Shift - 6:00AM TO 3:30PM

Second shift - 4:00PM TO 1:30AM

Monday-Friday - Possible daily and weekend Overtime

8 weeks rollover, full benefits, 401 K match, and paid vacation

Responsibilities

Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)

Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)

Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits

Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers

Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and forklift equipment

Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations

Work in shipping and/or receiving departments to load and unload trucks with use of lift equipment and by hand

Stow products on shelves or racks with use of lift equipment

Moving goods packed on pallets or crates around the storage facility

Pick orders with use of lift equipment and by hand in some cases

Forklift/Mobile Equipment Operator Skills and Qualifications:

Must have valid driver’s license

Must have at least 1 YEAR of solid lift operation experience, within the last 1 year

Must be able to provide proof of such experience on resume

All operators must complete and PASS equipment testing before placement.

Pay: $20.00 - $21.58 per hour
