Responsibilities

Youll do what you love! Working with hair for a wide range of premium clients

Provide an exceptional and luxurious experience to all clients

Maintain the superior presentation of your work space

Serve as a role model by exemplifying professionalism, integrity, and positivity while adhering to company policy and procedures

A stylist with a keen eye for detail

Exemplify ambition, resourcefulness, the ability to prioritize and multitask, and professionalism in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

Be passionate about providing exceptional client experience

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent, Bachelors degree a plus

Active Cosmetology license; continuing education maintained

Experience working as a stylist behind the chair

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Walk, stand up, and/or sit for up to eight (8) hours per day

Use hands to handle objects and reach with hands and arms

Walk, sit, stand, balance, stoop, speak, and hear

See a computer screen and read paper and electronic documents

Occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 30 pounds

Tolerate a minimal to moderate noise level typical of a school setting

Travel Requirements:

The team member in this position must be able to travel locally to events and for out-of-state training and events as necessary.
